2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and accessories (e.g., earrings) cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Prepare Your Package:
Include the original packing slip or proof of purchase in the return package. -
Ship the Item:
Use the provided return label or a carrier of your choice. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect order was sent.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- You will be notified via email once your return is processed.
5. Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size, color, or style.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at infoi@shopmolo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
